Olympian Homes are consulting on their plans to demolish Havelock House.

The company is seeking feedback on its Millbridge House plans, which will see the construction of a large buy-to-let development on the site of the historic home of UTV.


The plans can be viewed online at www.millbridgehouse.com or in person at the Donegall Pass Community Forum between 1pm and 9pm on 6th July 2022.


The deadline for observations is 5pm on Friday 15th July 2022.
